How can someone who is blocked on my messenger, keep messaging me?

Its the same user name and everything. I go to look on my ignore list and they arent there. Am I doing something wrong?

Reply:Blocking a user on YA only stops them from seeing your questions and answers on your profile. It doesn't stop them from looking at your profile or emailing/iming you and it doesn't stop them from answering your questions.
