It seems to be slowing down my computer a bit.
How do I get rid of the Yahoo Messenger windows that pop up when I boot up?
are u talking about the yahoo insider? click: messenger on the upper left side; then preferences; click general, then uncheck show yahoo insider under 'when i sign in to yahoo messenger.' hope i helped :)
Reply:Go to preferences and click off the "Start Yahoo messanger when I start computer" click box.
to get to preferences, click on "Messenger" on the upper left corner of the yahoo messanger window.
You can click off any other pop up windows in that section as well..hope i helped!
Reply:When you start your computer?
Go to RUN and type in MSCONFIG and click on the STARTUP tab at the top.
Uncheck it in the menu and APPLY.
Reply:Go to start tab
press run then enter msconfig then hit enter
sytem configuration will open then go to startup tab on it....unclick yahoo messenger tab....thats all ur problem will be solved..take care..!!
