How do I take programs like Windows Messenger and Yahoo Messenger out of the startup toolbar?

More specifically how do I remove them from the startup toolbar since they are already in there. I don't want to uninstall the programs, but then I only want to running when I call for them. Don't want them running in stealth mode either. Just trying to free up some more memory.

Reply:Click on the Start button%26gt; All Programs%26gt; Start Up %26gt; * Now just simply right click on the program(s) that you don't want to start up when you 1st turn on you computer. That was an easy question lol j/k :-)
