Is there a windows live messenger that indicates when a user logs off from their MSN?

Well i thought it was the windows 9.0 but it wasn't! I saw it in an internet cafe but the owner wouldn't tell me!

Is there a windows live messenger that indicates when a user logs off from their MSN?

Reply:The owner of the Internet Cafe could of been using an application such as Messenger Plus which has options I believe which can put on to indicate a contact has signed offline.
