Could anybody give me any step by step instructions please?

don't forget it's Winodws MSN messenger it should be close to the bottom - removing it from add remove hardware will deactivate it but to completely uninstall you need to go to My Computer %26gt; c://drive %26gt; my programs

2. add or remove Programs


3. scroll down until you see MSN messenger and click it once then click remove.





That's all you have to do.

Make sure you have signed out first to uninstall it.
